Dr Lulu Gwagwa
Zohra Ebrahim is a Non-executive Director of the Zutari Board. She has more than 20 years of development, housing and executive management experience. She serves on a number of boards, ranging from South African corporates to multinational companies.
Gustav Rohde is the Chief Executive Officer of Zutari. Prior to this role, he served as the global Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Aurecon and played a key role in preparing the company for a digital rich future.
Phil Hendricks is Zutari’s Client Director for Transport. Since 2008 he has fulfilled several key roles within Aurecon’s transport team, taking strategic responsibility for the overall development of Aurecon’s transport business globally.
Mzimkulu Msiwa is a Non-executive Director of the Zutari Board. He has outstanding leadership experience in the water sector and is now fully retired, having been the interim CEO of Amatola Water on a special 12-month appointment to restore the viability of the utility.
Joseph Ndala is a Director of the Zutari Board and is also Zutari’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Gauteng Regional Head. As a financial individual in an engineering world, he has managed to establish himself as an astute manager and later executive, rising through the ranks at several local and foreign-owned engineering and construction firms.
