The development comprises two towers: a seven-storey building with an active atrium and a thirteen-storey office tower, connected by a five-storey-high link bridge. Both towers sit atop a nine-level underground parking garage. Zutari employed high-strength concrete and a post-tensioning system to expedite construction and meet sustainability goals. The building’s double-glazed façades feature vertical fins to control natural light, while the use of concrete provided acoustic insulation, fire resistance, and thermal efficiency.
