The proposed development comprises a single high-rise tower with panoramic views of the Dubai Marina Canal. The structure reaches a height of 204 metres (2B plus G plus 55) and incorporates a three-level shared podium parking superstructure along with two basement levels. The upper podium level opens directly to the south-facing promenade, offering seamless public access and enhanced urban connectivity.
The opportunity
Marina Shores is designed to serve as a luxury residential destination supported by generous retail frontage along the promenade. The podium level includes landscaped areas, lounge facilities and a rooftop swimming pool that enhance the overall lifestyle experience. U+A Architecture appointed Zutari to provide full engineering consultancy services for the tower and podium.
What we did
Zutari delivered comprehensive design services covering schematic to detailed design stages. The engineering scope included structural, civil, geotechnical and façade engineering for both the main tower and podium structure. The team ensured that the proposed 200 metre tower met the required performance standards while supporting the architectural vision for an elegant and efficient residential landmark.
