The development comprises 283 land plots featuring family-owned villas, sheltered gardens and beautifully landscaped lawns. In 2014, Zutari was appointed to deliver the infrastructure and transport scope for the conceptual and detailed master plan, commissioned by Aldar.

This complex, multi-disciplinary project required close collaboration between various stakeholders, including local authorities, the developer, urban and transport planners, infrastructure specialists and engineers. To ensure alignment with all stakeholder objectives, engagement was maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
