Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), in partnership with Hasbro, is creating the world’s first Play-Doh-themed entertainment centres. These centres will open at SEVEN destinations in eight locations over the next decade, offering immersive experiences that celebrate creativity and imagination.

The opportunity

The challenge was to design a unique entertainment concept that combines interactive play with themed environments. The centres will feature playscapes, creativity stations, sensory discovery zones and dedicated spaces for parties and events, delivering a family-friendly experience unlike any other.

What we did

Zutari was appointed as the Attraction Design Consultant (ADC), providing multidisciplinary design services across:

  • Theming and architectural design

  • Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems

  • Structural engineering

  • Fire and life safety consultancy

  • Waste management solutions

  • Acoustic engineering


This integrated approach ensures that the centres meet international standards for safety, functionality and guest experience.
Play-Doh Entertainment Centres bring imagination to life through vibrant, interactive spaces designed for creativity and fun.

The outcome

Once complete, these centres will redefine family entertainment in Saudi Arabia, offering innovative attractions that foster creativity and sensory engagement. Zutari’s expertise ensures technical excellence and seamless integration of themed design with operational requirements.
