One key challenge was ensuring the lateral stability of the office towers without altering the architectural form. This was achieved through the use of soldier piles in the basement design, which minimised disruption to surrounding roads during excavation and construction.

The architectural design featured a staggered floor effect in one of the buildings, requiring large structural cantilevers that supported the concept without compromising structural integrity. Zutari’s design team implemented a post-tensioned slab system that expressed the architectural intent while ensuring performance and safety.

In the entrance atriums, the glazing support was carefully integrated into the façade design. Steel columns and beams were connected to the existing concrete frame with minimal visual impact, maintaining the clean and modern aesthetic.
