- Coordination of quantity surveying and architectural services (sub-contracted)
The building features mixed-use spaces such as offices, meeting rooms, a reception and welcome centre, a canteen, and secure parking. Zutari’s multidisciplinary team ensured seamless integration of all systems, delivering a solution tailored to the local context and the client’s operational needs.
