Icon House office building development

Development of Icon House office building

Icon House is an A-grade office building in a prime location in the airport city precinct in Accra, Ghana and is within close proximity to main highways, upmarket residential areas and Accra Mall.

Icon House is a mixed-used scheme, situated on 7,279m² of land, offering tenants ground floor retail space, eight floors of offices, on grade parking and two floors of basement parking. We provided structural, civil and geotechnical engineering services on the project

Our services included bulk earthworks and a boundary wall. Icon House, renamed Stanbic Heights, will serve as the new headquarters for Stanbic Ghana. This development addresses the undersupply of quality office and mixed-use developments in Accra.

*The Aurecon Africa business has been officially renamed Zutari as at 21 July 2020.  Zutari acquired Aurecon Middle East on 20 November 2020.
