Zutari was appointed to provide design and supervision services for the construction of the new Misk Schools campus in Riyadh, commissioned by the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Foundation.

The opportunity

The project aimed to create a state-of-the-art educational environment that supports learning across all age groups, from early childhood to secondary education. The challenge was to deliver a comprehensive and integrated engineering solution that meets the high standards of the foundation and supports long-term sustainability.

What we did

Zutari’s scope included engineering design and technical construction review for:

  • Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems

  • Security systems

  • Audio-visual (AV) and information and communication technology (ICT)

  • Infrastructure and transport planning


The campus comprises a wide range of facilities, including:

  • Kindergarten

  • Junior school and junior sports hall

  • Middle and upper schools

  • Administration building

  • Multipurpose hall 01

  • Upper sports field

  • Utility yard building

  • First phase of a temporary chiller plant
